The Smithsonian Science Education Center's educational curriculum module Mosquito!, developed in partnership with the InterAcademy Partnership and other organizations has made significant impact since its 2018 release. Impacts and deployment to date include:
- Kenya = 210 girls in Mahuru Bay through the WISER School (Read more)
- Australia, Indonesia, US = 450 students involved in field testing
- Puerto Rico = 1,400 students
- Thailand = translated into Thai (contact Aphiya through IAP) & distributed by the National Science Museum to visitors (1M visitors/ month) (Read more)
- Panama = 2,200 students across the nation (Read more)
- Malawi = 400 students at the Jacaranda School (See the first video with Madonna 2018 highlights – go to 3:46 to see reference to the Mosquito! curriculum)
- Global Studies Program = 500 students
- 1709 website visits for the English (1405) and Spanish Mosquito modules (304).
