The Paris Workshop, hosted by the French Academy of Sciences, addressed the following European energy issues: Biomass Potential as a source of Energy in Europe, Wind & Solar Power, and Energy Storage, Nuclear Energy, Energy Demand Management, End-Use Efficiency, and Energy Security The Workshop was co-chaired by Study Panel Co-Chairs Steven Chu and Jose Goldemberg.
