Second Refugee and Displaced Scientists workshop

Under the 'Science International' banner, TWAS, IAP and ISC relaunched their project on Refugee and Displaced Scientists last year, with an initial planning workshop in October.

Since then, small working groups have been advancing different aspects of the initiative.
Now we cordially invite interested individual and organizations to attend the Second Refugee and Displaced Scientists workshop, to be held over two days, Tuesday 30 March and Thursday 1 April 2021, from 14:00 PM –17:30 PM Central European Time (CET).

On the agenda (you can download it here) will be items such as advancing the advocacy campaign to support Refugee and Displaced Scientists and expanding the regional dimensions of the project.

A follow-up call will then be held on Monday 12 April, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM CET.

We strongly encourage you to bring a colleague from your organization, especially those coming from beyond Europe and the Americas and to share the announcement with anyone who would be interested.
