Armand Kablan
Biography
Armand Kablan is an Environmental scientist and lecturer at the Department of Earth Science at the Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny (Côte d’Ivoire). Both his Master and Ph.D. focused on the vulnerability of urban dwellers to climate change.
Kablan has 7 years expertise in climate change and human security. His research interests include urban land use/cover change, climate change adaptation and mitigation, disaster risk management and reduction, water, sanitation and environmental pollution as well as sustainable development.
