Daniel Essel is a Deputy Director with the Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate of the Ministry of Transport, Ghana. He joined the Ministry in 2010 and has been involved in the development of various Strategic Plans, Sector Budgets, and Coordination of Development Partner Programmes and Projects. He is the Head of the Public Investment Unit of the Ministry and the Focal Point for Road Transport Services and Climate Change related activities in the transport sector.
