Kefa Otiso

Kefa M. Otiso is a broadly trained Human Geographer at Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, USA. His research interests are in urban and environmental management, globalization, international African migration, governance, and cultural change in the context of Africa and North America. He is the author of many refereed journal articles, book chapters, and editorials and books. He is currently working with others on the health and socioeconomic impacts of Lake Victoria’s harmful algal blooms.
