Omnia El Omrani
Omnia El Omrani is a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Resident with a passion for climate change and planetary health education and advocacy. She is a Commissioner at the Lancet-Chatham House Commission on Post-COVID Population Health, a member of the first-ever Youth Sounding Board of the European Commission Department for International Partnerships, an associate at Women Leaders for Planetary Health, and a member of the Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety. She served the International Federation of Medical Students’ Association for six years where she coordinated their global advocacy work on planetary health and climate change with the WHO, UNFCCC, and GCHA, and attended 18 high-level intergovernmental conferences including the past 3 UN Climate Change Conferences.
